A building of a large elvish keep much like the Last Homely House in Rivendell.
This Build is more civilized and constructed than a wood elves structure so would belong to mainly high elves, Im posting the world save on here so you have permission to use this in your own builds :)

The direct translation would be 'of the elves keep' though, just a fun thing to know :)
