Elytra Core - Multidirectional Elytra Launcher

Following the popularity of my last elytra launcher I thought I'd share this new design using the same mechanics of the last one, along with a couple new tricks. This launcher allows you to shoot off from multiple directions, as well as using half the amount of boats from the last version.
