Ender Chest Refiller

With this redstone contraption you can take shulker boxes from your ender chest and let those be refilled by the contraption.

Some characteristics:
* The contraption itself is a module, which can be retrofitted to a lot of the single player storage solutions.
For more complex hallways this might not be possible.
* The player is required to keep a minimum of 1 item per type in the shulker box
* Refills up to 63 items per item type
* Keeps the order of the items in the shulker box
* The original shulker box is reused (no name or color change)
* The refill process can run in parallel to most sorting processes
* 8x10x8 size

Cons:
* The system works best with 27 different item types per box since it only refills 63 per type.
Pure Boxes (e.g. all slots contain 1 rocket) should be restocked differently.
* Air gaps in boxes causes items to move inside that box (item position in that case is not maintained)

Building/Usage hints:
* The contraption can also be fitted to MIS systems. This requires some extra considerations though,
since a cart spends only so much time under a given chest, it can only refresh 1 type per chest.
If there is for example a "rails" category, then it makes sense to locate different rails in the shulker box vertically,
so that they are processed by different carts.
* Speedup: Refilling a box is a lengthy process. For best performance, the player should have two copies of a box.
He drops off the used one and immediately takes a previously refilled on, so he/she doesn't have to wait for the refill process.
* Contraption should be placed inside one chunk
* Contraption and the whole storage system needs to be entity processing while it's running
