This simple command block device eliminates all thrown enderpearls within 15 blocks on every axis! You can either set the command block to Always Active for a permanent disruptor, or leave it as Needs Redstone for a toggleable field.

Enter this command into a Repeating Command Block:

/kill @e[rm=0,r=15,type=ThrownEnderpearl]
If you want, change 15 to whatever you want (not 0) to increase/decrease the size of the field.
