I was feeling nostalgic and had way too much free time so I recreated TNT Town as seen in Explodingtnt's old Minecraft videos. The map features a cul-de-sac with seven houses, four of which have unique interiors. The mods and map are for Minecraft 1.7.10 and was created with Forge 10.13.4.1614 so you should probably use that version.

If you mean the mods folder, it's in "AppData\Roaming\.Minecraft." If there isn't a mods folder there just make one.
