This is the vampire bandit camp on The Acquisition sever. Inhabited entirely by vampiric savages who seek to only quench their thirst for blood, the most bloodthirsty being Ripper Cain the bandit king. Once the honored king of Mist Valley, he was kicked off the throne by the human occupants that wanted to rid the land of vampires.
Rejected, he started to retreat back into his animal urges, slowly becoming more like the tyrants he used to fight against.
