This is the base I'm talking about in my last project.
It got the main base and a prison to keep the high level prisoners, we got the prisoner transporter vehicles team.

The base got garrison ( the big VTOL) to keep this base safe during it's construction.

The Paramedic Jackal VTOL is to keep the workers safe and give them medical support, also the ambulance.
The construction machine is not started yet.

I'll try to finish it before 2017...
