Once again, don't be too discouraged. The problems don't look hard to fix, so it probably won't take long at all. Otherwise, it's a great map.

The map has potential, but just in the first 3 levels I've seen a variety of issues with command blocks that don't fire, missing blocks, a command block that apparently required a button that wasn't there, and possibly some broken redstone. Like I said, it looks fun, but needs more work. Can't wait to play it after it's finished, though.
