if your talking about a schematic it is they are like blueprints, and if you wish to use them you have to get MCEDIT wich you can find here: http://www.minecraftforum.net/topic/13807-mcedit-minecraft-world-editor-compatible-with-mc-beta-18/
to import them in to your world you need to open up a world and then click on the action icon that says import(the sixth box of the at the bottem of MCEDIT) then go to the schematic and open it and then place it somewhere then press enter and save then you have it.
