Either open it to LAN if the person's nearby (Like in the same house or closer) or make a server which I have 0.0% knowledge of how to do it. :D

Here's the steps:
1. Download the map.
2. Find map file and unzip.
3. Drag actual world file into the .minecraft saves file.
4. Run Minecraft and play.
