Flat Auto Cart Launcher

A relatively flush launch station that will activate upon the player entering the cart, while not damaging the player.

Uses a tripwire to activate when a player enters the old cart
lowers a fence which the the old cart rest upon
dispenses a new cart to push the old cart
opens a fence gate for 1rt to let the old cart through, while blocking the new cart
raises the fence to push the new cart above the tripwire

Standing above the hole may prevent the cart from resetting properly, a trapdoor can be placed a block above to prevent this from occurring.
