This is a small floating island over the void. I know its a little boring with just one small island but I'm working on floating islands like this to hopefully make an adventure map with a lot of them. This was the first I made as a test and it turned out nice so I thought I would upload it. I hope you like it.

Regular Minecraft terrain surrounds the island but you will not see it as long as you don't build something huge.

can you make a map with only air exept a spawn like your island or something it wil help alot

That's not possible. When in a void ocean there must be a small area of land for the player to spawn or a bed to respawn at. Also you can't have a world of nothing without some sort of mod to generate it like that. For want you want I think you should use my world and then replace the island with whatever you want to build.

It's cool, but there's not much too do with it. Can't exactly survive on it, not effectively anyway...

It was a first attempt at a floating island to see how it would look. I plan to make a adventure map with a lot of these little islands.
