I have noticed a few videos popping up on youtube of people utilizing the spread of mushrooms to make fully automatic farms, however none of them seem to be very space/material friendly. so i set out to make a more space efficient version that doesn't need replanting or resetting.

This is what i came up with! it is very simple to use, simply push the button and collect your mushrooms! it uses 27 channels which can hold 8 mushrooms each (only 7 are retrieved though) this gives you a max output of 189 mushrooms, this sounds excessive but really it is the best of both worlds. Mushroom soup heals half a heart more than cooked pork, but can now be mass produced like bread.

There is a download link for my world, i'm afraid it is a little large, approaching 25mb when unzipped, but it shouldn't take all that long to download. if you cant find the mushroom farm from the demo, just walk along the path to the second lot of double doors and enter the mob tower collection point building. Then walk to the tunnel on the opposite side of the room, walk directly across the main hall and enter the opposite tunnel, once there take the first right down a flight of stairs :)
