Furusato Mountain Village is a Java Minecraft Adventure Map featuring a detailed Traditional Japanese Village Hub, with decorated interiors and is fully equipped with survival game resources. It's a great map to hang out with friends or explore the surrounding regions.

The Main Hub includes a modern-day tourist shopping town next to a traditional Japanese Imperial Prefecture. This beautiful village resides behind protective walls and is situated in the middle of a shallow lake. The modern shopping town has Gift Shops, Restaurants, Tea Houses, Tourist Accommodation and Sushi Bars. It has a Traditional Bakery, a Kimono Maker, a Kelp Merchant and a Pottery Master. The Traditional Imperial Prefecture includes a Temple, a Monastery, The Imperial Palace Residence, and the Shogun Court.

The surrounding areas of the main hub include Multiple Biomes to explore. There are Giant Taiga Spruce Forests, Sea-Ice Expanses, Cherry Blossom Forests, Giant Mushroom Jungles, Swampy Badlands, Deep Ravines and Resource-Rich Caves.

Special Player Features include:

A Fully Stocked Crafting, Smithing and Potions area to create everything you will need for Expert Long-Haul Explorations.

Lots of Pre-Stocked Storage Stations

A detailed World Map War Room with journals documenting the locations of Shipwrecks, Ruins, Underwater Temples, Trading Villages, and Raider Outposts.

Many outlying villages have been added to and updated with lots of extras. Including accommodation, resources to trade and Golem security.

The walled township has over 25 individual Beds

Furusato is still one of my favorite maps to visit and explore. It's not just the detailed architecture and the fully furnished interiors... The surrounding default map is so rich in resources and unique landscapes; it never fails to surprise me. My latest discovery is one of the largest "Warm Ocean" biomes I've ever seen in a Minecraft Map. I've included coordinates for those that have already downloaded the map and for players looking for an amazing map to explore!

Thanks my Friend! Long time no see. Finished my Animation Degree and now I'm back here on PM; free to spend some time re-connecting with my first love - MC. Love your Osaka Castle btw.... I have been building the Himeji Caslte - they look very similar. Lots of stepped roofing - it triggered me a little when I saw your castle. Joining those things can do your head in....even numbers or odd numbers?? AAAaahhhh! :O
