Modern Suburban House is a perfect Server HUB
and a great place to hang out when playing with Friends.

It has a detailed Modern American Classic Architectural Exterior with landscaped flower and vegetable gardens. Custom trees fill the front and back yards, with a small cherry blossom pond area to relax the day away.
Players will discover fully furnished high-end interiors with custom paintings adorning the walls. There are five official bedrooms and over a dozen beds for players to grab some sleep. There is a games room, a large kitchen, a home cinema, a basement utilities room, a pool table room, an office, an indoor swimming pool and a double garage for storage. Players will find all of the fireplaces have been setup for storage of cooked food. There is plenty of loot in chests, barrels and shulker boxes too.
There are working vending machines in the games room. A working drinks machine in the home cinema. And...an operational Fridge in the Kitchen!
