UPDATE 1: After quite a time of not touching the project, I had some time to kill. Went ahead and added a market and a gate. Let me know what you think :)
Original Post:
Fyresdale is a town of my own creation from the time when I ran the Acheron's Code server. I have recently decided that it needed a complete makeover, and I decided to add it here to get some feedback (and because I think it's turning out pretty cool ;D )
Some background:
Fyresdale is a mountain city in the southwest of the map. It marks the borders to a vast spruce forest, and is a stopping point for many who are going to log those old lands, or just explore. Fyresdale was founded when rich veins of clay were discovered in the mountains, sparking something of a "brick rush". As the miners dug, however, they also discovered that the Fyresdale mountains held an air of old magic. They settled down and began to use this magic to their advantage, increasinging their mining capabilites, and improving weapons with powerful enchantments. Fyresdale has long kept to itself, it's distance from nearby Kingdoms, and it's fortifed location in the mountains allows it to remian neutral even when other Kingdoms are fighting war.
