Welcome to your new seaside retreat! This residence is available exclusive to you and is to be used for your relaxation! Located on the coast in a warm climate, this summer mansion is sure to take the stress out of your life and substitute it with the calming sound of waves on the shore. The house itself is habitable and completely finished. The surrounding gardens and landscaping does need some work. The engineers are currently busy digging out the sand barrier to allow more direct access to the ocean. In the future, a small dock or fishing area may be added.
