Horror Adventure Map
For Single Player & Multiplayer

If you are playing with Shaders, i recommend Complementary Shaders (They were used to build the map/seen in the trailers)
Welcome aboard the Ghost Ship. Through the fog one fateful night, the ship appeared close to Roger’s Midway Dock. Upon inspection, the ship was identified as a missing cargo ship that carried chemicals back in the 60’s. There were no distress calls, no contact, nothing when it went missing. It just, disappeared. Now, it has surfaced from the depths of the unknown. Would you like to be the first to explore it? You might be the first to fall victim to it’s undead, and mutated crew.
This adventure map will contain horror elements, custom models, custom textures, and is multiplayer compatible, but can of course be played in single player.

-Story-
You have arrived at Roger's Midway Dock, a dock in the center of the North Atlantic Ocean. Originally just stopping for fuel to get you back home, you find yourself in the middle of a mystery. The fog lays thick as an abandoned ship appears near the dock. The locals, and other fisherman located on the dock identify the ship as the missing "La Petite Mort". It was a French cargo ship that went missing back in the 60's. the Petite Mort was transporting chemicals for bio-warfare testing. Rumors spread when the ship was reported missing that it was purposely sunk by the Navy in order to prevent the delivery of the chemicals. Other rumors carry a more grim tone. In ghost stories, it has been said that the chemicals spilled, causing a rift between the world of the living, and the world of the dead, to open, and release a creature into the sea to drag the ship to it's depths. Either way, there are valuables on the ship, some worth millions. Care to climb aboard the ghost ship, and witness its horrors? There is always room for more crew members.

Hi… again :P
So I just wanna let you guys know of the things to come with the remaster.
Besides the basics of the gameplay and additional areas/bosses/types of enemies, there will be 2 new modes. What does this mean? So currently there is what will be called “Story Mode”. Story mode is the basic adventure map.
The second mode is going to be Escape Mode. This mode is hack and slash, fast pace complete free roam of the ship. No doors, no boss fights, just enemies. You will have a speed boost, and jump boost, the inside of the ship will be altered to be more arena based almost (still the same ship, just made to be more open for more monsters). The enemies are fast too for a more hack and slash feel… and trust me when I say there are a lot of them. This is a wave based mode.
The third mode is Players VS. Ghost. This mode is self explanatory almost. One player takes the role of the captain. As the captain, you get to stalk the players. You are put into a control room with a bunch of buttons that act as Portals. Pressing a button teleports you to a new spot in the ship. Once you teleport to this spot, you cannot move, you can only watch until you press the button above you to teleport back. If you see a player, or players (since this must be played multiplayer) you can teleport back to the control room, and above the portal button location, press “Summon”. This will summon a horde of infected to stall the players from making it to the deck. Hordes are weak infected, and are only meant to slow down the player. You cannot spam this button as it has a cooldown. There is only one spawnpoint for players so dying should be something avoided at all cost. If players however make it to the deck, the player who has taken the role of the captain will be teleported there for a fight. Whoever wins can earn things for Escape Mode.
I’d say “that’s all” but that is a lot. Two new modes, and everything like that haha. All of the redstone is planned out already, and you’ll have your hands on the remaster this year.
The entire map, including all 3 modes, are multiplayer compatible of course.

Anyways, loved hearing you little "story" for the last hours of building the map, and you sound like somebody who's very passionate about his craft, I think joining my mapmaking server could help you get tips, feedback and just talk to other fellow map builders/players!
