All handmade? No voxelsniper? No worldedit? It could of taken like 10 minutes with it XD, It still looks really good though, can't complain with the results.

World edit will do spheres and boxes etc not any part of a hand tho ... your  nescience offends me in a big way.

But if you are a voxel pro you could do anything ...but i would love to see that out of anybody who is not a robot.

Spheres and Boxes from worldedit could easily give you a rough shape, wich then could be carved. And also many people are very skilled at voxelsniper to do something like this.
