Exquisite execution! The vastness of the imperial complexes amazed me when I visited China. You capture perfectly the precision of symmetry the Chinese ancients are renowned for :)

Thanks, but the most pity thing is that China had thousands of great palaces, gardens and temples in long history and they were destroyed in wars or fire because their wooden structure. Most of the preserved ancient buildings were built in the Ming and Qing Dynasties, and many of the ancient cities were badly damaged in ROC and PRC. Of course, the buildings that are now preserved are great enough. Most of the minecraft players on PMC are in the west, and there should be not much have visited China. As a Chinese, I have been to Beijing once, and the ancient buildings I've seen in
three days journey are impressive.

Wei GNwork! I loved China as a holiday destination! It was March when I arrived in Beijing. So, the very start of Spring. The Willow trees were just budding and some snow was still lying around in the shadows. It made the forbidden City look Mystical! I saw the usual sites and had the best shopping at the markets.
I traveled on to Xian and had great coffee in a cafe by the North gate. Saw the terracotta soldiers. Very dusty city :P. I then went to Shanghai. Pretty and Expensive, but lovely food.
When I returned to Australia, I started building Chinese Temples on MCPE.
Since then I have fused my Temples to be more Indo/Chinese in style.
It's always a pleasure to see your work!
