Glad someone else tried their hand at Seattle and got this far. I too tried my hand at Seattle a long time ago in a project far gone, but yours is much more to scale and you got farther than me. Your Russell Investments Center blows mine out of the water (mine was actually taller than 1201 Third Ave!). I'm sad you haven't built the piers yet but hopefully you get around to it soon. All around, a fantastic project you've got on your hands, I can't wait to see more development. Great work.
