Hey there, my name's Matias. I'm a 27-year-old nth year architecture/urban planning student from Finland who likes to build realistic stuff in Minecraft, photograph landscapes and buildings, and procrastinate on the Internet. I aspire to become an architect/urban planner and maybe work abroad.

My goal in Minecraft is to build a somewhat realistic modern city. Back in December 2011 I lost interest and pretty much gave up on Survival, switched to Creative and started working on that city. I still have no idea when it'll be completely done. Depends on what life decides to throw at me, I guess. I have enough spare time to work on it for a few hours every week. Building everything by myself takes a bit of time. Nevertheless, I love it and consider it one of my dearest hobbies.

  It's been long enough since the last update, and with the 10 year anniversary of the Mattupolis PMC page coming up tomorrow, I figured now was the perfect time for a new release. Can't believe it's been that long since I originally posted the project here. I was an eighth-grader at the time, now I'm a 3rd year Architecture student in university, working on my Bachelor's degree.

  Congrats on the 10th anniversary! I also want to become an architect so projects like yours really inspire me into making my own. Mattupolis is great, and I will follow your progress on Matsuhama :D
