dude i was using a texture pack when i made it its bigger and theres more ill be updating it today with wayne manor a batcave a court a police station and ill be starting on arkham island.

Use the seed? lol "Gotham City" all I see is a 3 by 3 cobblestone tower

Besides use better blocks you are in creative.
