Took about two weeks to build/design, with small changes here and there over time. Currently it resides on a creative plot on the factions/roleplay server Massivecraft.com. (As of 2018, the MassiveCraft server no longer has a creative world) Using the Schematica mod, I am (as of now) building a copy of it on one of its survival worlds on faction land.

As of now, I have uploaded the Schematic for anyone to download. You can use it for whatever you like, as long as you give credit to me in the form of a sign placed on the build or a link to my PMC profile. I'd also love to see how you're using it, so if you want, you can give the server IP/link.
