Small gothic style house, built in Java 1.20.1 and Bedrock 1.20.10 version, fully furnished, more suitable for survival gameplay.
Building it in survival shouldn't take too long since the materials are pretty easy to get. It's also more of a starter house and not a full base since it's a bit too small to fit everything inside.
Shaders used are Conquest of the Sun and resource pack is Stay True. Completely compatible with vanilla but looking better.
For a schematic, paste it with "//paste -e" command so you get all the entities that comes with the build.
