This is the Graf Zeppelin. the most successful airship.

LZ 127 Graf Zeppelin was a rigid airship made by Zeppelin, which was put into service on September 18 in 1928 to 21 months of construction. LZ 127, his official identification was D-LZ127, is considered the most successful passenger airship of his era.
To finance the construction was started by Hugo Eckener called the Zeppelin-Eckener-donation into being. This collection brought 2.3 million RM, but what could cover the construction costs only partially. After prolonged negotiations, the German Reich was 1.1 million RM added, and 0.8 million RM brought the Zeppelin GmbH under its own power on.
LZ 127 was christened on July 8, 1928 on the occasion of the 90th anniversary of the 1917 deceased company founder Ferdinand Count Zeppelin by his daughter Hella Countess von Brandenstein-Zeppelin.
Originaly built as an experimental ship, LZ 127 proved so reliable that he soon became famous through numerous spectacular rides. These include the world trip and the polar flight.
