I'm still alive, still playing (A little bit) and I've come to show you my latest project! The dormitory features 49 rooms right next to the Fort Franklin University Football Stadium. There couldn't be a better location!

The top of the building features a nice and big discoteque, right next to it there's a big rooftop terrace where you can go and play some table tennis. You can also stay inside and play some pool, or have a nice beer and play cards at the bar.

The dormitory is named after "The Duke", the fastest beer drinker on campus. The legend says that no one knew his real name, the only thing everyone agrees upon is that he was a very cool guy. Here's the only remaining picture of him.
