This thing is taking me ages to create and i'm not even done. But I'll show ya what I got! You can place almost every BLOCK in minecraft on your head. Some of it is done but i'm still working on sections like leaves and trapdoors. Why I did block in capitalization is because I am not counting items which are 2D on the menu screen, because they're 2D floating above your head when you put it on.

I know that i'm just a small newbie but if I can get 9 downloads, I will finish this, but in the meantime, i will try and create a clicker map
