This model was built only for 3 days and it has only the appearance. So, it isn't necessary to wait map with ship. It was built only for photos!

-Waterline length: 442 blocks
-Maximum length: 457 blocks
2) About beam:

Yes, we know this fact. But with nine windows the bridge would look wide, than necessary. So, we specially made seven windows.

Well then the ship is not accurate lol! But the 9 Windows are very important! I really do think you should add that detail!!! Especially If you want it accurate! Also what texturpack did you use!! its very good!!
