This is my modern hotel called "Oasis" designed for server accommodation. Because a was looking for a modern hotel and didn't find nothing suitable, I made mine own :D
It has a nice main lobby, 8 standard floors (4 rooms per floor), 1 big apartment and a Penthouse. The rooms are designed for "Residence" server plugin, so they have standardised measures. Fell free to change the room parameter. I left the Penthouse unfurnished, so you can choose to have it like a room or as an atrium.
The base with a small garden si 25W x 26L but the actual measures of the hotel are 20W x 20L x 61H, so its quite compact and tall :D
