Overview
House deeds allow you to claim a plot of land that you can use to protect your valuables. The house deed type will determine how many chests you can place on your claimed plot.
House deeds have a chance to drop in random chests that spawn randomly in our world, you will have to explore in order to find one.
House deeds are used to claim plots of land in villages throughout the world, these are not the villages that NPC villagers spawn in. All village locations are marked on our world map, you can view the world map here.
PVP Enabled
PVP is enabled inside villages, pvp is also enabled inside your plot of land. This means that after you claim the plot of land you need to build your house as soon as possible.
Other players cannot destroy or use Creeper Eggs to blow up your house, so KEEP YOUR DOOR LOCKED!
Plot Upkeep
After you claim a plot of land there is a daily upkeep cost, you need to right click the sign in order to extend the amount of day's before your plot expires.
You can extend your rent up to 14 day's in advance, if your time expires you will lose your plot of land and anyone with a deed will be able to claim it.
Add Friends to Your Plot
If you own a plot you are able to add friends to your claimed plot and they will have access to your chests if you allow it through /lwc.
Sell Your Plot/Deed
If you own a plot you can sell the plot to another player. you can also sell your deeds as well.

- Large Villa: Can place 3 chests
