To Use This On You Server Simply Make The Portals That Have Names On Top Of Them Where You Wanna Go.

You could make the mountains taller,adding more caves inside.
You could change the Typos on top of each portal adding a shape to them instead of just cubic letters.
You could add logos with each portal,like you did on the hunger games "The sword"

Just make it bigger,more efficient and "Awesomer" =)
