Hi people!
after a long time of being inactive, i finished this building with tekkit classic.
It is an ice-maker with adjustable output. it can be used to cool many nuclear reactors at once, due to the huge (also adjustable) amount of ice it produces. I advise to don't set the produce-timer to low if you don't like overflows/game crashes.
