In The Past, there was a wizard, he was experimenting with ice, and one day, he accomplished art of Ice Powers!
His sucessfull experiment brought up two runes, Ice Rune and Time Rune. Aldough, he couldnt make it perfect, he made it good enough to freeze entities or time.

Just Kidding :)
Hello guys, today i made an Ice Powers system, You can freeze time, and all you hit with a bow with one small schematic and few runes!
Sadly, i havent yet made a way to craft runes, but i spended ~12 hours to debug everything, and make it simple for use.
Just put rune in 9th slot of your inventory, and you will get powers.
Idea was made by: MonorailblueS

To start machine, like my other machines will do, press the "POWER" button.

Buddy, download link doesn't work. World folder has nothing in it.

I dunno... Try downloading and putting in saves folder...

Inside the zip file is the folder which you copy to %appdata%\.minecraft\saves

That worked for me.
