Welcome to our lovely home, Take your shoes off and hang up your coat at the door!
This home has a very open atmosphere with decent space for you to flow through the house with ease.
~Our first room is the living area with a wood fireplace and a large sitting area where the family can gather around and spend their time together. Curl up on the sofa with your favorite book, or cuddle close by the fire with your loved ones
~The Bottom floor has an open concept floor plan for the three major rooms including the kitchen where there is a breakfast island for your early mornings. A large fridge with a pull out freezer, plenty of counter and cabinet space and a sink next to the window to let in lots of natural light
~Connected to the kitchen is an formal dining area for the family with a decorative chandelier. The glass doors lead to the back yard and patio.
~On the bottom floor is a small half bathroom and some closet space that is good for storage.
~Upstairs and to the left there is the large bathroom. This room along with the bottom floor bathroom have updated toilets and sinks and a class sliding frame around the bath.
~The first bedroom is decorated with a bright sunny yellow accent wall with matching bedspread. Perfect for a child or teen who need more surface space for their belongings.
~Down the hall is the second bedroom painted with cyan and decoration to match. What the room lacks in floor space is made up by the two large closets and beautiful view outside.
~Across the hall is the master bedroom, inside is a large closet and plenty of room for a king size bed. A book shelf is built directly into the wall to open up even more opportunities for decorating and personalizing
~Outside in the back yard we have a patio with an in ground swimming pool and a pergola for when you want to enjoy some fresh air. Above the pool hangs a large willow tree that guarantees the perfect amount of sunlight during the summer months to help keep you cool
~Behind the garage is the perfect area for grilling and lunching during your backyard parties under the birch trees. Whether it be a luau or a graduation you'll have the perfect spot to grill up some good food to eat
~As the sun sets you'll always have a wonderful place to sit and relax outside if you walk off your porch. A small garden equipped with a fire pit is a wonderful spot to hang out and roast some marshmallows while you share your stories.
