How to install Minecraft Maps on Java Edition

This is my first map. The island is one I found when starting a Minecraft world, and I thought it would be prefect for an adventure map. I am in the process of adding things to the island to make the map a bit more exciting and meaningful. Although it is not finished, leave a diamond if you feel the urge!

UPDATE:
The Map is finished and here are the objectives:

1. Eat a food

2. Punch down a tree

3. Make a bed

4. Breed some Animals

5. Find and mine all of Gold Blocks

6. Find all the Secret Chests

7. Make a house

8. Make a farm

9. Find the secret entrance that lead to the secret room

10. Defeat the Skeleton Army

11. Find the Chest full of gold.

The seed is 4 but on a amplified world.
