This Semi-modern or Trodern house is an old Italian monastery which was converted into a home in the late 19th century. The conversion added two stone wings onto the monastery which served as a piano/music room and a kitchen. More recently the house was converted again and the old, crumbling interior was removed. Some of the tile was kept and refurbished. This house includes Three bedrooms, with one master, one children's with a bunk bed, and one guest bedroom. The master has an en suite and an office, the guest bedroom has an office. The house also has a piano room, a kitchen, a dining room, and two lounges. One lounge is located upstairs above the dining room and entrance, and the second is the access to the courtyard. To connect the entrance with the hallway there is a small crawl-way filled with shelves. The entire project is made primarily of orange painted brick and stone.
