Obviously you've never seen what the navy does. :) See they get so close that the most minor error can cause the 2 vessels to get caught in the suction and crash into each other. Pretty cool right lol :)

I see that I have misunderstood and been misunderstood. I was referring to oiling while in motion, on the open ocean. You, obviously, meant to depict that this was a ship being oiled in harbor (As no land is visible in your minecraft pic I failed to realize this). This make sense to me now, excuse my noobishness.
