yes but with severe side affects.
it creates a clear indication of were it is, if the fins get damaged it spirles uncrontrolably, unless soughted out, which this fighter can't, it crashes killing all onboard and it acts as a tug, for allys or not.
i'll nerf it if needed :D

The side effects are fine to justify it as a last-ditch effort.  I was more struck by the fact that it's so many times higher than your second fastest ship.
