The Kewakashu Temple
"A Pebble in a Pond."
This is my current solo build project from the Suego Faults survival server. I didn't really know anyone on the server but a few freinds from college days, but quickly made freinds. I started this build on my first night on the server. I had completed almost 50% of the exterior before even finding Diamonds...
I usually build in asian styles. Thus this is another adventure for me. However, I usually try to keep me builds small and functional. This however is quite large, and has absolutely no function other than being pretty and calming.
The build is loosely based off of the Buddha Tooth Relic Temple. It was started on an, maybe 20x30, island in the middle of the ocean. The temple now features Guardians that spawn around it in the water, which has sadly slowed progress quite a bit. There is not underwater temple, just my temple.
The basis of Suego Faults is to build your utopia, your paradise, and this is mine. Surrounded by the water and in a peacful presence of Buddha. I have completed the entire exterior of the temple. This includes the front and back gates, boat landing sections that cut into the temple, 7 floors, an interior green, many curved roofs, more than 20 forests of acacia logs, balconies, meditation spots, hidden exterior features, an open top with garden. All in survival. The interior still needs the most work. I have completed 90% of the first floor, some small rooms and hallways require more decoration. The second floor, is 30% done, all structure in place, however bedrooms need finishing. The third floor is the same as the second, but from the forth floor up is still mostly a hallow shell.
I am busy recently, so the progress has slowed considerably, but I would very much like to finish the build completely.

I could use a resource pack, but I have generally had two problems with it. A) The server I play on uses the most current snapshot, almost always, and I simply don't have the time to continually change resource packs. B) It is a multiplayer server, and working in vanilla textures ensures that it should look about the same to every person coming to view it. Thank being said, if people want, I do know of a few outdated resource packs and shaders that can really make it pop.
