This map is a spiritual successor to Killer's Hideout; it takes everything that map did and more and takes it to a huge scale. It's been in the works for upwards of two years, and is jam-packed with detail and lore. This is a map designed to be explored on foot.
In 1830, James Hill moved to the United States from rural England and moved into his recently built estate deep in the woods of Maine. He took with him his family, and his well-hidden trafficking business. The Hill family would operate out of this manor for the next century and a half, slowly twising and diving into madness.
The manor and the family is now a shadow of its former self, and you are here to discover its secrets.
The manor is huge. The two main floors total at just about 50,000 square feet, and the massive attic space and sprawling basement more than double that. You can really get lost in it.
The map isn't just the manor, though. There's an entire estate grounds with a guest house and garden area, as well as security posts in the exterior wall and a smaller home built outside the estate in the late 1800s, used as a secondary guest house.
There's 15 or so books hidden around the manor in lecterns or chests that are filled with stories and history surrounding the manor. There's also countless other secret locations and mysteries...
