Deep in the mountains rings a story of a legendary King - that of King Sigurd and his mighty sword, with which he slayed dreaded beasts and criminals alike. Within his castle lies his sword, having only ever been held by a single man since it was forged.
Armed with a plethora of renowned relics and weapons, you intend to be the second.
King Sigurd's castle is a dungeon map which has a very simple objective: get the sword of King Sigurd. Along the way are several dangers. It is designed to be difficult, but as extensive play testing has shown it's far from impossible. Furthermore, the map does not shy away from mature content and language. If you are offended by any of it then this simply isn't the map for you.
Furthermore, this map is part of a much larger project which is still in development, JOLHAIM. The map is FAR from being uploaded, let alone completed, but to give everyone just a taste of what it has to offer I am releasing this dungeon (out of dozens) to act as a demo. If you are interested in the development of Jolhaim, I suggest you subscribe to stay up to date with monthly updates.
Enough about other projects. I hope you all enjoy King Sigurd's castle! I challenge each and every one of you to find all its secrets and lore, but most importantly I hope you all have fun!
