How to install Minecraft Maps on Java Edition

BEFORE YOU DO ANYTHING DO /kill It takes you to the main part of my realm! Uh today this is a very special map because this is my realm!!!! So plz thank everyone who has been helping me out on this realm and yeah! This says 75% complete. But I put it there because it will never be complete! My realm is a fun place where all my friends hang out! It doesn't matter about brraking block because I won't be there! it will updated on planet Minecraft, every month! Ok for mac users how to get the map.

1) Go to Finder press "Go' which should be next to 'File, Edit, View'
2) Press 'Go To Folders' Then type this command into the place where you can type text in to get to the folder: ~/Library/Application Support/Minecraft/saves
3) Now you need to download the map by clicking I believe "Minecraft World Save'
4) It should take you to the link of my dropbox or should download it right away!
5) Drag it into your saves folder, the one that we opened earlier
6) It should now be in your singleplayer world if you did it correctly. It should say something like 'Noob' or uh "Jason Da Horse Guy's Adventures part 1' or something like dat.
