Overview...

You find yourself in a life raft, the ocean floor is scarily deep below you. Global warming has melted the ice caps, raising the oceans and flooding 95% of the Earths land masses.

You look out to see some islands, ripe for colonisation. A new life awaits you, as well as tasks to stay alive for the forthcoming night. You grimace at the thought of what horrors may come, when the night finally arrives. You glance up at the sun, so high in the sky above you, keeping the nasty things at bay.

At least you have a full day to prepare, you think to yourself. But what to do first...


- I've been wanting to make a survival island for a long time, I had a specific way I wanted it to progress. Until I discovered the mod called World Edit, making this map was not possible. I have shifted tons of blocks around to make the islands, its not perfect, but its only my first survival island...



Contents...

Printable task sheet, with tick boxes... Tick off all of the tasks as you do them, with this easy to read list of tasks to do. Completing it 100%, will take some skill and time. Especially the hardcore section...

Diving Suits... Heavy duty, Enchantable, Craftable. Infinite air, with nightvision. 4 full sets to find, for single and multi-player...

Shipwrecks... Shipwrecks to find and explore, as well as plunder for their loot.

Biomes added... All the necessary biomes needed, added by me using World Edit and Biome Painter...

Villagers... I've added villagers all over the place.

Loot... There's plenty of it to find, you've just got to find it...

Railways... Sick of grinding for railway tracks, I was. That's why I added them to a hidden treasure chest, as well as tons of power rails. No more snails pace rail carts, with not enough power rails. All you need is redstone and rail carts, as well as something to lay them on...


Stronghold ( directors cut )... The stronghold was a total mess, so I fixed it up with lengthy repairs, repairing tons of missing walls. While I was at it, I added extra stuff to the Stronghold. Stuff that I reckon would look good in the Vanilla game...

In-game task books and manuals... A lighter version of the task sheet, in book form, as well as tips on completing
Survival Island.

Custom ( non-brewable ) potions... I've added some custom potions, to help you on your quest. You can't make them, so you will have to find them in treasure chests.
