The Facts
This is my first build in a server and it is going well. It is also my first city and my first large underwater structure. The Exteriors of the Station are finished and the city has been completely submerged! However the interiors are work in progress in various stages.

Daia Station 6912 is a fully self-sustaining colony, balanced precariously between a culture of advanced science and superstition.

The Story
Not too long ago an esteemed scientist named Julias Niveero discovered a deadly virus. That same night he dreamed of an apocalypse caused by the virus that would wipe out all life on land.
He awoke from this dream certain that it was a prophecy of the future. He took some time to proclaim the warning, gathered a small fanatical following and spent his life savings on building the underwater station which he called Daia. Unsure of when the apocalypse would take place he left one entrance to the surface so that more people could choose to be saved. However the door would close forever as soon as he heard any rumor of a spreading viral epidemic that he was certain was to occur.
Meanwhile he set up a form of government for the colony, a council of five who would serve set terms before being replaced by new members who would be voted in by the populace.
The fanatical followers settled in and settled down to their new way of life creating a surprisingly pleasant community of families.
The well-built Station continues to run and be a home to these strange people, waiting and waiting for the impending apocalypse.
