Very nice. It certainly doesn't look as big as you say though. I have quite a few questions (since I'm too lazy to look it up myself.) Would I be correct in assuming it's to scale as 1:1 m/blocks? What's with the pod underneath, some sort of active sonar array to avoid running a baffled zone at speed? Is it primarily a diesel-electric or reactor boat?
Also, do you think it looks a little like an Alfa with those sail and planes? And with the pod on the tailplane, it actually feels like a combination of a Victor III/Typhoon and the Alfa.

Yea the scale is 1 m/block.  And I think the pod you saw was another ship I was working on at the time, I didn't realize it made it into the pictures. It's powered by a single core nuclear reactor. And yea now that I think of it, it does look a lot like a cross between the Victor III and the Alfa class subs.

Actually, yes. That does look like the hull of another vessel.
Anyway, it's absolutely brilliant. All of my subs end up being either too big or too small. Yours look like it could actually run with MoveCraft!
