Light submarine to test armour and weapons technology for underwater

CC is submarines now
no shields, only armour
allowed 50EP fireballs if they are launched and explode underwater and aren't rapid fire
allowed to shoot projectiles to block incoming projectiles

Torps are EP50 so don't mess around with them
