MASSIVE 128 bytes RAM

this is my new RAM, i did some tweaking and added one bit to the address selector (now 7-bit)

specs:
-128 bytes of read- and writeable memory ( 1024 bits)
-comes with 7 - bit address decoder
-bus widht: 8 bit
-size: 74*52*64 blocks (including the decoder)
-even smaller memory cells (5*4*4 blocks)

in the world download, there are 4 displays attached, 2 for the address, and two for the value, the are both HEXADECIMAL, normal decimal displays would have been too complicated
