Did you watch the video? I don't remember if I talked about the chimneys or not. But basically, using Conquest of course, I used cobble:1 to create a 2 by 3 rectangle, and ontop i used a stonebrick meta-data. Then I used a flower pot meta-data ontop of the stonebrick. Hope that helps!

It's easier to see what my build actually looks like without shaders. With shaders, you can't really see any of the true strengths and weaknesses of a build-- although it just depends. I like shaders, but just for a small house, I don't think it has much to offer.
