The main purpose of this project is for the play.minecraftworlds.info server competition.
This was build by polarpanda16.
The project consists of a medieval style home that is relatively accurate for the medieval time period.
Although small, it took multiple hours to construct.
Now the build has expanded to include a hand-made river, a large inn, and a castle with two districts (more under construction).
Since the medieval period took place at a time before both indoor bathrooms and toilets, the outhouse is adjacent to the main home and contains a bucket as a toilet, which is one step up from a hole in the ground.
On the other side of the house is a small field. It was common for homes outside of cities to grow their own food, even if they were to poor to have larger fields. The fields contain potatoes, a staple crop of the medieval period/ a cheap crop, and carrots, another cheap crop that a typical family could grow.
The main house is two stories, each one room (It was rare to have multiple room floors, even homes during the time period). The first floor contains a single furnace, a table, and chairs. The stairway in the first floor leads to the second floor. On the second floor there are two meager beds and a crafting table (This is still a minecraft world of course, and what is a home without a crafting table).
